    Cinnamon: contains medicinal compounds, such as coumarin, cinnamic acid, eugenol, and cinnamaldehyde, which help to improve blood pressure and circulation, and reducing blood lipid levels, like LDL cholesterol.

     

    Cardamon: used in Ayurveda to clear toxins from the digestive track to reduce bloating and intestinal gas.

     

    Star anise: with a long history of use in herbal medicine, star anise is highly regarded for its digestive benefits. The compounds found in star anise promote the production of digestive enzymes, aiding in the breakdown of food, reducing bloating, and soothing indigestion.
